Preserving Your Toddler's Nap
Typically they will drop their morning nap between 15-18 months (there are exceptions). However, when you notice your older toddler not napping during their designated nap time, you may think it's time to have them drop all naps.
This is not the case as it is always important to hold the frame of the nap. Just like adults, toddlers go through phases too.
My 4 1/2-year-old still takes a 45-minute rest; some days he naps and some days he lays there and reads books. 😴 ⠀⠀
