Make Your Own Pizza Lunch

Your child gets to be a chef for the day! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

When you interact with your food, it's more likely you will eat it. Telling your child that they get to be a chef and make their own pizza is such an adventure. Showing them all the different ingredients that they have in their @planetbox. Letting them put veggie loaded tomato sauce on with a spoon, chunks of plant-based cheese & sprinkle micro-greens on top makes for a fun meal.

Vegan Cauliflower Pizza
1 lb riced cauliflower
1/2c- 1 cup favorite GF flour
2 tbs flax seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2c water
salt to taste

Steam cauliflower until tender approximately 10 min, set aside/cool. Grind seeds & rehydrate with 1/2 c water for 10 min or until sticky. Squeeze cauliflower until all water is gone, in a cheesecloth/nut milk bag. Mix cauliflower w seed paste & flour until a workable consistency, you might not need all the flour. Season with salt. Bake at 400 f for 15 min/until golden brown
