Safe at Home Easter/Passover

I know it can be disappointing that we are "Safe at Home" (not stuck at home) but there are lots of things to make Easter fun! Kids don't need the glitz and glam, they just want to know it is a special and fun day with their family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are some ideas to involve the whole family:
1) Treasure Hunt- I think it is fun to do a treasure hunt with the kiddos and each family records a video clue or gives it on FaceTime or zoom. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Baskets - I like taking baskets that I have around the house and filling them with @sarahssilks scarves in pastel colors. I like to add in a set of wooden eggs and/or wooden mushrooms that they can play with or paint too. I love @landofdough play dough and using mini cookie cutters so the kids can pretend to make cookies and feel like they are in their own kitchen. I throw in @lyra_feelcreative colored pencils as they are ergonomically designed to help their pencil grip. I pair this with a notebook and some easter stickers. Some of these items are on my amazon shop under arts and crafts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Small Businesses to get these items from and some have premade baskets that you can still order: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

@thewoodenwagon
@shopmercimilo
@thedaydreamrepublic ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
@wildchildgym

3) Food -There are a lot of local delivery places that will help you put together what you need for an Easter/Passover dinner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I like locally @porkandflowers@autonomy_farms and @bellcampo for high quality meat pickup/delivery. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Also a meal delivery box that I like is @onepotatobox (requires a little cooking but gets kids involved, it’s organic, it’s for the whole family and is a lot of fun) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

AND @anniecampbell (most incredible caterer and her food is delicious- just dm her)

AND @twenty_five_eight (all organic and delicious meals)
