My Favorite Packaged Snacks
While my first choice when giving snacks to my kids is to offer whole, organic foods, that’s not always realistic. A supply of packaged snacks is essential between school, camp, afternoon activities, sports practices, impromptu park dates, travel, etc. Fortunately, there are a lot of great healthier packaged snack options that are based in real, wholesome ingredients with minimal processing available these days. I love attending Natural Products Expo West each year to learn about the best new products on the market. I still do my best to moderate the amount of packaged snacks my kids are consuming, but like I say about everything - 80/20 when possible and no need to make yourself crazy. Here are a few of my current favorite packaged snacks:
☆ Skout Organic: Plant-based ingredients and free of gluten, dairy, and soy. Use code DRORGANICMOMMY
