My Favorite Cup for Kids

What cup do you like to use for your kids? This is one of the most common questions I get. I truly dislike all straw cups out there so I make my own. I take an 8 or 16 oz @ballcanning mason jar @jarjackets  silicone sleeve, a @simplystraws top, put a grommet on the glass straw underneath the top so your little one can not pull out the straw. This sounds a lot more difficult than it is. Have you tried to make these cups based on my stories? I also have everything I use (for adults and kids) listed in my Amazon shop if you want to check it out and the Simply Straws lid can be purchased here.

I try to avoid all plastic, especially for kids products. Kids plastic water bottles are touted with being BPA free when they end up replacing the toxin with BPS or BPF, which can be equally if not more harmful. When looking at metal water bottles, you want to ensure they are at least 18/8 and if possible 18/10 grade quality. You also want a guarantee that they are lead free. And this is why I make my own straw cups. Only con, you can’t throw them in your purse without spilling, though most others often spill anyways. Although, I see this as a pro as it limits your child’s grazing and using their water bottle as a lovey. So what do you put in your cups?
