Homemade Granola

How do you eat healthy when you are traveling?
✈️🚘🚢 One of my go-to's is my granola that is nut free and refined sugar-free! I can easily top it with berries or dairy-free yogurt for myself and the kids.
This is great if you are taking a morning flight. Bring some of this, plant based yogurt and sliced frozen grapes in a bag to keep it all cold! And yes you are able to bring yogurt with you if you have a 👶 little one with you. ✈️✈️✈️

Ingredients/Recipe: Homemade Granola
6 cups gluten-free sprouted rolled oats
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup @navitas chia seeds
1/2 cup @foodsalive shelled hemp seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seed butter
3/4 cup @coombsmaple maple syrup
1 teaspoon organic honey
3 teaspoons organic blackstrap molasses *Optional- dried refined sugar-free currants or raisins (sulphur dioxide free)
🍃🍃🍃 Mix the sunflower seed butter and maple syrup in a bowl (and heat if necessary to mix together). Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Then combine slowly and mix thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 min. Place on unbleached parchment paper lined cookie tray stirring at least twice. Add dried fruit once it has cooled down.
