Walking for Vestibular Support
How often do you and your kids go for a walk?

Under the age of 7, you really want to work on their vestibular support. This can be accomplished by swinging from a tree, climbing, walking barefoot on the beach or on rocks, riding a bike, swimming, and the simplest form...walking (which unfortunately most children don't get enough of these days!) I try to get my kids to walk at least 10-15 mins a day and on the weekends we will do this after dinner. 👣 👣 👣
And sometimes you just want to climb in your dress up clothes 👗
