Peek in My Fridge

MY FRIDGE DOESN'T ALWAYS LOOK LIKE THIS
People have asked what my fridge looks like. It's a lot more organized now that I am in pregnancy-cleaning mode. I try to have categories and my savior is green painters tape and a sharpie to label everything. I tried a label maker and that became too hard/too much work 🤦‍♀️And yes there is a lot in my fridge- having a lot of family and friends over. And bringing dinner to my girlfriend who has 4 kids so I made extra!

One more tip, I don’t let my kids grab what they want out of the fridge- though they try😉 Remember, it’s all about modeling and language. I won’t snack throughout the day and when they go to the fridge, I say “let’s have that as our snack or with our lunch” and then redirect “you may play pretend snack with your dolls” or “you may draw something.”
