How to Get your Kids to Eat their Lunch at School
Here are some of my tips:
1. Cookie cutters can do wonders for enticing your child to eat their lunch. I try to stick with fruits and veggies that are in season so it changes based on what's available and that way my kids get a variety of what's out there. Technically, kiwi isn't in season but I was craving it #pregnancyproblems.
2. Another favorite right now are the Lundberg Farms red rice and quinoa crackers with nut or sunflower seed butter, Beekeepers Naturals honey, and Foods Alive hemp hearts. The pizza is a vegan/gluten free buckwheat dough that we had for dinner the other night. Feel free to let your children pick their toppings. We like to talk about how to make it more colorful 🌈 let me know if you want the recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Here we also have cucumbers from the garden and homemade strawberry banana fruit leather. See my amazon shop for all the fun cookie cutters.
