Recently my oldest daughter had an ear infection. Here’s what I used to help her:
*Always check with your doctor
Lumebox (on just NIR) on the ear to help with inflamation twice a day
NAC. - I break it open and give my daughter (check dosage with your doctor or check out my podcast where Dr Elisa Song gives advice on this)
