Chickpea French Fries

Sharing one of my favorite protein packed recipes in my all time favorite pan! The 10 @fieldcompany cast iron pan. It is one of the lightest cast iron pans out there and it is seasoned with organic grape seed oil (instead of gmo soy bean oil, etc).

Recipe:

Ingredients

2 cups @kandarianfarms Chickpea flour

3 cups Water

1 tbsp pink @redmondrealsalt

1 Carrot 1/2 Red onion, small

1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh

2 cups Spinach, fresh

2 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin

Mix carrot, onion, rosemary, spinach together in the blender until fine and then combine with water and flour into a bowl and then stir until thick with no lumps remaining. Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish, then place in fridge for 2 hours. Remove from fridge and invert onto a cutting board. Slice them into French fries (or any shape you like) and pan fry them with some olive oil.
